A SWOT analysis of the City of Plantation Introduction SWOT refers to strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. SWOT analysis is a process where the management team of an organization or a city; such as, the City Plantation, identifies their internal and external factors that will affect their future performance. Al-Busaidi, (2014) noted that a company or city strengths and weaknesses are the internal factors, while the opportunities and threats deal with factors external to the company environment.
